1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing, accessing, or using Zync Wallet ("the Wallet"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms govern your use of the Wallet and all related services.

2. Description of Service

Zync Wallet is a non-custodial browser extension wallet that allows users to:

• Store and manage Zcash (ZEC)
• Create and manage ZRC-20 tokens
• Create and manage NFT inscriptions
• Interact with decentralized applications (dApps)
• Send and receive cryptocurrency

3. Non-Custodial Nature

YOU ARE IN FULL CONTROL:

• Zync Wallet is non-custodial, meaning you retain full control of your private keys and funds
• We do not have access to your seed phrase, private keys, or funds
• We cannot recover your wallet if you lose your seed phrase
• We cannot reverse, cancel, or refund transactions
• You are solely responsible for securing your seed phrase and password

4. User Responsibilities

4.1 Security

You are responsible for:

• Keeping your seed phrase secure and confidential
• Choosing a strong password
• Not sharing your seed phrase or private keys with anyone
• Protecting your device from malware and unauthorized access
• Backing up your seed phrase securely

4.2 Compliance

You agree to:

• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not use the Wallet for illegal activities
• Not use the Wallet if you are under 18 years of age
• Verify the accuracy of transaction details before confirming

5. Risks and Disclaimers

5.1 Financial Risks

• Cryptocurrency values are volatile and can fluctuate significantly
• You may lose all or a portion of your funds
• Transactions are irreversible once confirmed on the blockchain
• Network fees may vary and can be high during congestion

5.2 Technical Risks

• Software bugs may exist despite our best efforts
• Blockchain networks may experience downtime or congestion
• Third-party APIs may be unavailable or inaccurate
• Browser updates may affect wallet functionality

5.3 Loss of Access

• If you lose your seed phrase, your funds are permanently lost
• We cannot recover lost seed phrases or passwords
• Uninstalling the wallet without a backup will result in loss of funds

6. No Warranty

THE WALLET IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND:

• We do not guarantee the Wallet will be error-free or uninterrupted
• We do not warrant the accuracy of displayed information
• We do not guarantee the security of the Wallet against all threats
• We make no promises regarding transaction speeds or costs

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• We are not liable for any loss of funds, data, or profits
• We are not responsible for failed transactions or network issues
• We are not liable for third-party actions or services
• We are not responsible for user errors or negligence
• Our total liability shall not exceed $100 USD

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Zync Wallet and its developers from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Wallet
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of applicable laws
• Your negligence or willful misconduct

9. Third-Party Services

The Wallet integrates with third-party services:

• Blockchain networks (Zcash)
• Price data providers (Binance API)
• Inscription indexers

We are not responsible for these third-party services. They have their own terms and privacy policies.

10. Intellectual Property

Zync Wallet is open-source software:

• The codebase may be licensed under open-source licenses
• The Zync Wallet name and logo are trademarks
• You may not misrepresent the Wallet or create derivative works without permission

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time:

• Changes will be indicated by updating the "Last Updated" date
• Continued use of the Wallet constitutes acceptance of new Terms
• We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically

12. Termination

You may stop using the Wallet at any time by uninstalling it. We reserve the right to discontinue the Wallet or modify features at any time without notice.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in courts of competent jurisdiction.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Zync Wallet regarding the use of the Wallet.
